General Information

We handle Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income cases. We can represent you from the beginning of your case when you first file your application or we can become your representative at any point during the appeal process.

There is no charge for us to evaluate your case or to visit our office. When you call our office, at 801-322-2121, a paralegal will ask you basic questions about your case and set up an appointment for you. An attorney will review your case and meet with you. There is no charge for meeting with the attorney. There is no attorney fee unless our office wins your case.

If we win your case at the administrative level and/or win your case at the hearing level, then we charge an attorney fee equal to 25% of your back due benefit. For example, if you won $10,000 in back benefits, we would charge you $2,500, which is 25% of your back benefit. However, the attorney fee is capped at a maximum amount of $5,300.00. So, if you won $100,000 in back benefits, our firm would charge only $5,300 in attorney fees.

In addition to paying the attorney fee, you will need to pay the costs of your case, but those costs are usually minimal and typically consist of obtaining necessary medical records. Please call us at 801-322-2121 and we will answer any questions you have about becoming our client.
